Jim called me prior to coming for his appointment to let me know that parts for our refrigerator are no longer available and we could avoid the diagnostic charge if he didn't come. Told him that we have an extended warranty and that we need proof that part aren't available. He showed up and confirmed we had broken parts that couldn't be replaced which is what we need for our warranty.

After replacing quite a few repair parts, which took several hours, Rikki was able to fix the washing machine properly. After he was finished, he cleaned up the dirty areas. Rikki is always friendly and very competent.
