The tech was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He let me watch his trouble shooting. When he identified the problem, I thought, wow an easy fix until the price of over $500 was quoted for the repair. $200 for the part and $300 for the labor. I found the part on Amazon (OEM) for $50 and fixed it with a pair of pliers and a screwdriver in 15 minutes. You all might get more business if you didn't try to charge half the cost of a new washing machine for a $100 repair.

Jame demonstrated the utmost in customer service. The inside staff did him no justice. I never received an estimate. What I signed was a damage report before work started. In the end the damaged appliance report was populated and it showed up as a signed estimate. The estimate did not subtract the service charge nor did it show parts and taxes. Through all of this an on scene estimate was done now showing taxes and parts. Jamie is not responsible for this total fiasco, it is the inside people that created this by not performing their duties. I will dispute with Master Card and hopefully some sense can be made of this. Jamie I appreciate your patience and professionalism.

I’ll give Jim a 5 for now. He patiently tested the ref & found one of the ref’s evaporators with a leak, caused 2 freezers not functioning & ice maker leaking. Successful repair TBD in “48 hours”. Appreciate Jim’s calm manner & sharing information & willingness to give him a call for minor issues post repair. I hope repair is a success…I waited 5 months for this to the day! For improvement, suggest timeliness on designated time frame. Thanks Jim.

Jim seemed to do all the right things regarding his visit and servicing four (4) appliances. He called in advance to announce his arrival time. And he spoke about the condition of each of the four (4) appliances that he worked on at the residence. He spent more time here working on each than his predecessors. We are grateful to him for the help.
