John arrived as he previously stated. He promptly went to work on the refrigerator and found a broken slide on the drawer. When he tried to get the part from Sears it was no longer available and could not be ordered. He showed us the message from Sears. So that's the end of the service. John was pleasant and I would recommend him for any service.
