I would not have lost a Day had the technician. Explain the way the process works. The requirement to contact the main office. Was not explained. That I was too contact them once the replacement parts for my refrigerator was received. As such, I waited till the day of the projected. Appoint appointment to contact the office to Find out if my schedule was still though to be fulfilled. I was asked during the conversation over the phone.If I had received the replacement porch, I responded.Yes , and then after the explanation found out that I could have had an earlier appointment if I notified them that I did receive the parts. As I was the one who did not order the parts for the refrigerator repair.I didn't feel it was my responsibility to notify your company open to arrival. If an explanation was given to me at the beginning of the If investigation process I would certainly have taken responsibility for that effort. Maybe this is something you could have your technicians do before leaving.After their investigations that would have helped me a lot. I do appreciate your help in getting my refrigerator repaired however, Your technicians are very thorough with a lot of expertise and know how. Thank you so much for your service.

My appointment time frame was 8-12 and he called me at 10:30 told me he had one more stop but he didn't show up until after 2:30 with no update call at all so I had to wait for over 2&1/2 hours for him to get here
