One technician peppered me with questions and rudely interrupted every answer with more questions. I finally told him to be quiet and spoke only with the other tech.

The technician was super helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. My problem is with the initial appointment set up. First, they scheduled me over the phone on November 6th, to have a technician come on the 7th, from 8am-5pm. When I get the link to confirm my appointment, it was for the 8th, a full day later. The tech arrived on the 8th at 5:45. Also, the price, Sears charges a whole lot of money. I got a quote to fix the full valve parts and labor, $470.00. The machine brand new was $670.00. Also it would take two days to get the part. So another two days plus two for the tech to come equals four days without a washer. Not to mention the part is $30.00 on amazon. Stay away from Sears service. Expensive and not worth the wait.

Paid service fee of $139 for nothing ! His trying was to make a call to Samsung to ask about a replacement part and the response was the part is not available so we need to replace the whole drum !We had same issue before with this washer and was fixed with a $20 rollers and 15 minutes of work ! And this guy made it look like it’s the hardest thing to do to fix the washer so the quote with his work was double the cost of buying a new one !So we went and bought a new one ! What a joke , what a disappointment, I will never call Sears repair again ! A rip off !

This review is on behalf of my mom who had them come out to fix her microwave in December of 2025, she was told that they’d be back with the parts on 12/24/25, they never showed up, she called and couldn’t get any answers as to what’s going on because you don’t talk to a person its all AI, she finally got a notification early last week that a tech would be out on 1/10/26 between 1 pm and 5 pm, no one ever showed, no call nothing, she paid over $200 for the service call when they showed up in December, and as of 1-11-26 she is still without out the use of her microwave, she’s elderly and in her 80’s, this has been the worst experience ever

Sears Home Service is terrible!! I blame the management not the technician. They failed to order and replace a AC part and the claim was canceled causing us to start over with a different company. They flat out suck. Find someone else.

Can't get a live person just dumb auto voice need live person to get second appointment system will not allow me to who programmed that script I wrote them when I was a Telecommicaion engineer but not like this.

The technician was very unprofessional. He became very argumentative with my wife. He was very rude with me for a second time. I told him to just leave my home. Plus he refused to do the service that I requested. My neighbor was a witness how he was talking to my wife.
