Jonathan was friendly. His phone diagnosed that "auger motor" was causing ice maker water leak, so he changed that today. With this change, the freezer issue will resolve also. The leak was my secondary issue, main issue was the freezers were not cooling. I mentioned these issues to warranty as well as the other technicians sent by Sears & to Jonathan on 7/15 visit. Seems he forgot since he said "he did not know"? Each time a tech is sent to fix the ref issue I have to state the same problems. There seems to be no communication or written work order. I informed Jonathan that the other Sears tech who came (7/3) had a different diagnosis "evaporator leak...connected to condenser?". That tech said he was going to return with a 'torch' & open back of ref? This tech's return was canceled. In short, my ref issue is NOT resolved after 8 appts (3 no shows & 5 ref tech visits: 3 from Sears. Because the issue is NOT resolved, I cannot give proper rating yet. The tech from Pro 1 said Sears techs are authorized to do Samsung repairs. Suggest to present the homeowner a written diagnosis/work order & how problem will be resolved? We're elderly & not too tech savvy.

Came out treated us as if we didn't know what we were talking about. Fix something but not the actual problem. If I could give zero stars I would rather give zero stars very unhappy so far. Have called in to get another check out and we'll see what happens May or may not change my review at that point

Service was not completed. Technician name Sally who came over and left a Voicemail but the technician assigned is Alex, doorbell twice with just a few second apart and left without giving my spouse to open the door and missed the technician. Called him back and begged and pleaded that its consistently and extremely hot and as we reach record 120 degree Fahrenheit last sunday and AC have not been cooling for 10 days since we order the service thru Choice Home Warranty, and explaining we have been waiting, ignored us to come back and evaluate our AC and reasoned that its Sears policy to leave right away and close the service call. I begged to have empathy that i lived with children and been suffering with this heat with only electric fans, just said theres nothing he can do , and just call and reschedule again. My wife and I constantly back and forth with Sears and Choice home warranty to have them come back same day or sooner than July 24 which is the schedule they want to give us. Until now, no email or reschedule appointment given and now we are again another night without air conditioning with this Las Vegas Heat. The technician attitude and lack of empathy to customers or clients is unacceptable and might cause my family to suffer longer. I hope Sears will do something about this and resolved our issues and i believe is an individual employee negligence not the company as whole.

The tech arrived outside the ETA time and then sat outside a long time before coming to the door. Once inside he isnt looking at my AC. Why do i have to have additional claims for them to check the same item? This company is so unprofessional and now im paying a service fee for nothing.

The guy showed me a broken wire and said the unit did not have wiring junctions, I found it did. He did not even attempt to repair the wire.... If I had spent 5 more min I never would have needed him

Sears Appliance Repair has the worst service I have ever encountered. My last service call was scheduled for 1:56pm. The repairman showed up more than four hours early. We weren't home. When we called Sears, we were told the repairman would call us and come over later in the day. He didn't do either. We had to make a new appointment for a week later. In the past, Sears has not shown up at all with no call -- a whole day, then a week, wasted. Also, in the past, the machine was badly repaired and needed service again -- twice. You only got one star because I could not leave zero stars.

The same error codes came one after he left. Maybe send someone back out today to fix it. New guy came today(but I had to take off work all day) he fixed it

Rodney arrived early. He was polite and professional. However, I don’t think he was knowledgeable about my Samsung front load washer. Rodney said the washer did not have a fuse. I found out later that the washer does have a fuse.
