Ricky came out to service my washer and dryer, and he was absolutely amazing, he went way above and beyond what he was supposed to do however, I only gave a three star because at the end of his job he was trying to close it out on his phone and it was not allowing him to do it that probably took an hour, not to mention the tons and tons of emails. I keep getting from Sears the last one was saying that my job was canceled I never canceled my job.

I ordered a repair on my microwave and my oven door. The microwave was the only one fixed. The technician said he didn't know anything about the oven door. Wouldn't even look at it. And gave no indication that he would check it out for us with the company. So now I've got to call back in and order another service ticket and wait another two or three weeks. Very frustrating

I received an Email sent at 03:10 am stating that my service appointment was for today, March 4 between 11:00 and 14:00. I did not make this appointment. I chatted with James at 6:50 and he cancelled the appointment. At 7:53 I received a text message from the tech saying that they were on the way for the 10 to 2 appointments. At 9:24 i replied to the tech to say again I did not make the appointment and to cancel. So the system did not accept the cancel from James, and I had to repeat the cancellation process.. First I did not make the appointment. Second the day of appointment notice could have cost me money if I did not have time to notice it in the morning. Third the cancellation system did not work.

Worst experience ever. I’ll never use Sears again. Took them 7 months to fix my microwave with several cancellations and no shows. Do not use them!!!

These guys are awful. So far had to reschedule 3 time and still no one has shown up. They keep saying they are going to call me back. No one has called. Don't waste your time. Better options available.

I called sears to help with the AC repair. The technician came and sat in the driveway for 15 mins. Then he rang the doorbell and went back to his car. I walked out to his car to speak to him and then he said he is not going to service the AC. The technician name was Alex. PLEASE AVOID SEARS APPLIANCE REPAIR services. They are extraordinarily lazy. Update: Sears responded to the review; but when the number was called; they just continued to ignore the matter and offered no assistance of any kind. STAY AWAY FROM SEARS APPLIANCE REPAIR AT ALL COSTS.

Ridiculous experience with Sears. Used them many years ago and they used to be good. Way overpriced now. My fridge is still not cooling. Paid over $600 for 1 small part. Can’t speak to a human in the phone. They tie you in with the ridiculous $139 service call fee. Horrible company.
