Serviceman stayed in touch prior to arrival and did arrive on time. He was courteous and obviously knowledgeable. He took care of our issue, cleaned up the work space, shared some insight into our dryer use.

I was not there but my Daughter & her Husband said Raymond (Ray) was great although he said the repairs could not be made to the dishwasher as the computer part is no longer available. Received discount on the price because I bought a 1 year contract so this service call “price” was great!
