Our experience is James detected the problem offered suggestion as to what needed to be done. But our refrigerator was not properly put back together and we now have a water leak where it was taken apart. I called sears to have rep come back to fix the problem but as of 1:30 no sign of rep returning to fix the problem he caused.it is now 5:00 and sears has not been able to contact the service rep. They tell me he doesn’t take their call. Now I have until 7:00 pm for another person to be sent out or first thing tomorrow morning 11/17. But I still have a leaking refrigerator. Wow what a difference. James came today to check on my leaking water valve and tightened the valve. He discussed with me the working of my osmosis system and what I should do to correct its pressure system. Learned a lot and will follow up changing out my filters. A much better service presentation from James.

James was very confident and efficient technician. You know exactly what was wrong and how to fix it and my refrigerator was only down for 20 minutes.

Ricky came out to service my washer and dryer, and he was absolutely amazing, he went way above and beyond what he was supposed to do however, I only gave a three star because at the end of his job he was trying to close it out on his phone and it was not allowing him to do it that probably took an hour, not to mention the tons and tons of emails. I keep getting from Sears the last one was saying that my job was canceled I never canceled my job.

I ordered a repair on my microwave and my oven door. The microwave was the only one fixed. The technician said he didn't know anything about the oven door. Wouldn't even look at it. And gave no indication that he would check it out for us with the company. So now I've got to call back in and order another service ticket and wait another two or three weeks. Very frustrating
