Cristian is THE best. I dispatched him for a 2nd opinion. My laundry set is 25yo Maytag Magic Chef. After admitting he's never seen these units before, he was quick to diagnose what failed and how to fix it. It was pretty labour intensive to scrub out 25 years of build up as the motor still works like a champ. Btw....I had initially called my home warranty AHS. That technician assumed what part needed replacement however no longer available. It's a huge relief the washer is now working great. Saved me a big expense.
