James a supposed "5 Star" team member never showed up to our house and then proceeded to send statements and billing invoices via email for services that were never done. He included on the invoice "closed" and "denied". Service Sucked! So annoyed at what happened today as we lost time off from work for repairs that never happened! No star rating for the worst service!

The technician did not give me the paper what the diagnosis is not very accommodating to question I did not get rt answer very frustrating
