Water heater. I am concerned with punctuality, and I don’t think it was Alex’s fault. We were told about 1:50 for arrival. I took the day off (HS teacher). Alex didn’t arrive before 4:30. Yes, there were updates along the way. I could see on the map that his first gig was 20+ miles away, and it must have been a very long task. The question: do you have only one tech to work water heaters in Las Vegas/Spring Valley, in a region of 2.75 million people? His first job was down in Henderson! My initial call to repair services (in Texas) was very professional. When Alex came out, he was professional and very clear in his communication. He admitted that relighting the pilot light was difficult, (reason for call).
