Refrigerator repair
Jim was an excellent and professional service tech. However, the problem with the refrigerator was not corrected. He did a minor repair, which he thought would solve the problem, and said the fridge would take some time to start cooling again. But, 5 hours later, it still is not cooling or freezing. So we'll have to schedule a 2nd appointment and see what else is going on. Thank you, Sarah M.
