Sears has sent multiple technicians out, all incompetent, one was here about 3 times and did absolutely nothing but talk. The next finally ordered parts after 2 months of waiting and this last technician, Ray, decided to not only not show up but to lie and say he showed up and closed our case as if he actually did his job. Customer service wont do anything or send another technician to do their job because Ray closed the case. Would definitely not recommend Sears to anyone.

You’re charged when you make the appointment so if they aren’t familiar with your particular appliance and can’t repair, good luck getting that $100 deductible back…I told the appointment maker the brand of my range and she put Kenmore..I DID NOT say Kenmore..happened twice…I’m out $200 and can’t get reimbursed to save my life…been transferred to 15 reps and 10 different phone numbers. I have no idea what to do.
