The technicians were courteous and efficient. They seemed to identify the problem quickly, fixed it quickly and were finished in under 1/2 hour.

Well, even though Jonathan couldn't find anything wrong, causing the water that I am finding under the washing machine and he did give me some thoughts and opinions on what else I could be. He was very polite he was on time.

Jim was excellent and concise. The problem is Choice Home Warranty and the lack of communication. I was very disappointed when the first tech came out and notified me that they are not an authorized LG warranty repair company and then I was sent a new tech from the very same company. It was a waste of everyone involved time. But Jim, he was great, thanks Jim.

The Techs Were Great BUT...

First thing first, Stanley was GREAT and he went above and beyond to fix our fridge. BUT... Here's the whole story... Our fridge broke on June 19th, it took Sears until June 22nd to assess the problem. Parts were ordered. Parts were delivered later than expected, June 27th. The orginial tech was supposed to come out to replace part on June 28th but called out, we were rescheduled, after arguing with scheduling girl (not friendly at all) and finally supervisor, from July 5th to July 3rd. Part of replaced on July 3rd. Fridge worked until July 21st then broke with same problem, so, problem was misdiagnosed by first tech. Second tech came out on July 24th diagnosed differently, parts ordered. Parts finally arrived on August 3rd. Appointment to replace parts scheduled for August 8th. Tech's truck broke down, rescheduled for August 9th after arguing with scheduling girl (again not friendly) and supervisor who originally wanted to schedule us for August 11th. Tech finally was able to get a working truck, actually rental car and replaced parts on August 9th. Fridge finally worked, so far. This whole ordeal lasted 54 days with the fridge only working 18 of those days. Multiple calls to scheduling, supervisors and finally a manager of service outside of Sacramento CA, named Kevin. Everyone was friendly, except for the two scheduling girls, who quite honestly, DO NOT REPRESENT ANY VALUES associated with a company like Sears. The techs were friendly, all three of them, the most helpful was the last, Stanley. Who, could have done his job sooner and with less hassle if you would give him a vehicle that is reliable. The supervisors were friendly as was Kevin the manager. But Friendliness doesn't do much if the job doesn't get done. 54 days of life with only 18 days of fridge. Shame on you Sears, YOU FAILED MISERABLY. One of your techs, Stanley, one of your supervisors, Daniel, and your manager, Kevin all admitted that. YOU FAILED MISERABLY!!!!!
