The technician has been out 3 times now and has fixed nothing. Ordered parts and only one showed up and refused to install it since the other parts didn’t show up and put on the invoice once he left with an attitude that he installed the parts. Complete FRAUD of a company. We were sent him by the warranty company so he paid himself almost $300 in labor to do nothing and look repair videos up on YouTube and Google.
