Joseph was very knowledgeable and took the time to really discover what was wrong with my machine. Ended up being such a small thing but a big problem. He even went to the extra mile when I told him that the machine worked too for some window cleaner and cleaned off Door so that the connection was good and the leaks wouldn't happen. He also explained after looking at the back of the machine that perhaps too much soap is being used because of How the back machine was cleaned. Of any repair man that I've ever had he has been the greatest.

The ice maker broke and, as usual, it was a very inconvenient time right before the holidays. Sears was great, especially the technician, Jim. Because we had to order the parts there was uncertainty as to when they would arrive. Jim gave us his cell number and said to call if the parts came in before they were scheduled---three weeks away. They did come in; we called Jim, and he fit us into his busy schedule. Excellent service all around.

I've had two service techs out here fixing my dryer. They booth are a 5-6 star rating. I will only use SEARS service techs to fix my household appliances. Your company has some fantastic employees you got a customer for life now.
