Seviceman Fine, Service not.
Serviceman found our washing machine hose had been damaged by rodents. He said he couldn't fix it under our warranty. He did not offer to finish the job (replace the hose) after the exterminator finished. Not happy.

Oven Gas leak
The technician Raymond was not helpful and too stoic. Just checked and that it was it part of the appliance so it is not covered. No offer of options. Just bland and not accommodating!

Didn't show up
No call no show. I've been waiting a week and a half and my air conditioners been broke. It's been over 100° out. I can't get any satisfaction on the phone. This company is not very good.

No customer service for this company
Alex the technician was ok. But avoid this company at all cost. They make you wait all day. Their system does not work and their AI system is subpar. No live agent available. Then change your appointment at their will.

Very disappointing
The service man left without giving me any information and when I called him, he said he had done his job. He replaced the rollers, but the dryer doesn't work and I'd have to call to make another appointment. He didn't tell me anything before he left.

Unreliable. Since July tech had been working on the issue. No positive result. Still broke
