We were scheduled for last Wed and the tech didn't make it. The message I received from Sears were confusing and up until 7 PM we didn't even know if the tech was coming or not. The price for a 20 min job is out of control > $500 ridiculous... The tech (Michael) was very professional and knew what he was doing. Other than the aforementioned problems, Michael was very good.

Alonso quickly identified the issue. I had called someone else before him and I didn't feel it was properly diagnosed. Alonso was kind to answer my questions and concerns. I'm happy I chose Sears to send him to help me with my refrigerator issues.
