Online store is great. Always professional, explains things very well. Your artificial intelligence that sends the text messages and probably some of the emails is absolutely RIDICULOUS . And the last two weeks I have received 20 something text messages from AI that was trying to arrange the service calls but when I talk to a real person or some other email would say it was a different time or day. So it really is artificial. Get it right or get it gone
