Michael was friendly, polite, and obviously very knowledgeable. These days I'm impressed when I see a technician that knows how to use diagnostic electronic tools. He was able to get our stove back running without ordering any parts. I was very impressed with the service.

Perfect! Alonso was professional and best of all....on time! He was very informative on the different options/warranties that Sears provides. I was very pleased with the service, as he showed me the broken wire that was causing the problem, and he repaired the dryer quickly! I highly recommend him. Thank you!

We had cancelled the appointment but he still came by to check it out, we explained how the oven was hot even though it was not on and that we had to shot off the breaker to cool it, when we turned the breaker on the oven didn't get hot anymore

Alonso was fine but his hands were tied. No parts were sent out so he couldn't fix the problem. The first time the parts were ordered only one part was shipped and it wasn't the right part. The other part was canceled This has been going on for over a month! Now I have to wait for some committe to make some decidion. I just bought this dishwasher 5 months ago (now 6) and it already broken down. What kind of quality is this? All of the back room issues going on, can go on without me. I am the customer and shouldn't have to be put through all of your processes. meetings, parts mismanagement, etc. I want a NEW dishwasher.
