The technician identified that the service order was in error because it didn’t have my warranty information. I called Assurant and they resent the info. Rafael called his support team and they were able to get a new service order with the warranty information download to Rafael. He was able to fix the problem with the stove. He was very professional and knowledgeable as well as friendly and helpful.

My technician was great. Not sure why it took almost 3 weeks to get service. 3 weeks with no washer is not a good service policy IMO
