Greg was courteous and helpful and did a great job! The AI scheduling and communication were extremely frustrating and not helpful and not useful at all!!! That part of the service is extremely lacking and recommend an option to speak with a real person as an option. Also did not appreciate the tactic of pretending this was a local service by using a local phone number!!! Very poor business practice!
