I was grateful l he came early and called first, was polite and told me about the the freezer that at this point it looked as if it will be that the garage overheated the compressor but after he plugged it in it started show of signs of freezing just to keep my on its performance

The technician was great and super friendly. It was easy to schedule an appointment and the portal was accessible. The only issues were the text bots would not confirm the appointment and would not edit the estimated time of arrival. The chat bots are also not helpful and kept sending me around in circles.
