My technician was great. Not sure why it took almost 3 weeks to get service. 3 weeks with no washer is not a good service policy IMO

A 1 service. I was worried about getting overcharged for my dryer smelling but as soon as the technician explained everything and showed me the problem I was relieved to know that I was not gonna pay an outrageous price. I will now only let these people work on anyone of my appliances.

Michael & Karen worked hard, following very confusing tech sheets, a phone call to a live person on a help desk who would not help them. Finally, they decided to check everything top to bottom, repaired a broken wire nowhere near the control panel. Machine started working! I'm anxious to do my laundry now and see how it does. Made by GE with Chinese parts, this Hotpoint washer was very aggravating for them to fix. KAREN & MIKE ARE KEEPERS. Thanks to both.
