I was grateful l he came early and called first, was polite and told me about the the freezer that at this point it looked as if it will be that the garage overheated the compressor but after he plugged it in it started show of signs of freezing just to keep my on its performance

The technician was great and super friendly. It was easy to schedule an appointment and the portal was accessible. The only issues were the text bots would not confirm the appointment and would not edit the estimated time of arrival. The chat bots are also not helpful and kept sending me around in circles.

Repairman refused to service my refrigerator. He did not charge me for the service call. I won't use SEARS appliance repair ever again.

Called them based off googling who could fix Speed Queen washer and dryers. They came out the next day. Guy was here for two hours. Said he had to order a part that he could not get. But if we ordered the part he could come back and install it for us. We paid him his fee. So I called another company. They were able to come out the same day. Guy spent 10 minutes and found the wire that wasn’t plugged in. No part needed. So needless to say I have to pay two people for technician fees when the first guy could have found the issue right away. Not happy at all. And on top of it all I do not have a receipt for anything that was done!
