Michael was nice enough, but he listened to the washer for about 10 minutes and told me it would need a new control board. The cost of the repair was going to be over $800.00. Seriously, the washer is only 14 months new and I can buy a new washer for less. I told him no and did some investigating on the internet. Tried a new control board and that did not correct the problem, hmmm. It ended up being a slip clutch that cost under $20.00. First and absolutely last time I will ever use Sears repair. Do Better. Also out $170.00 for an expert diagnosis...

Repairman came out and said oven was fixed. It wasn't. If you need help you are given a number to AI call center and it is literally impossible to speak to a person. Please do not use this service.

Very disappointed came in looked at my dryer didnt communicate what's so ever or tell me anything was wrong with my dryer said he was going to make a phone call n was outside for 30 minutes on the phone comes back in n says ur warranty company will call u with options what kind of service is that.

Guy did a fine job but we waited at home for two full days to get our washer worked on. The first day the site updated the arrival time two times and finally at 5:00 p.m.we were notified, “sorry, we’re not coming out today…” I rescheduled for the next day, and we literally waited ALL day again until the tech finally came at 4:00 p.m. Did I mention when you try to call you can’t get through to an actual person unless you go through Lowe’s which is where we bought the appliance and the warranty. Very frustrating and unprofessional!! I do not recommend this company due to their poor customer communication. The techs are proficient.

Absolutely abysmal experience. I was scheduled to have someone come out on 11 Jun 25 but got a call that morning from the technician saying "I just pulled into your neighborhood but the system has your address wrong which would cause issues for me to order parts and I can't change the address so I'm canceling your appointment and you can reschedule it and ill come out later today." So I tried to call customer service only to find out they are fully AI with zero live agents. I could not get the AI to reschedule for the same day. So I scheduled for 14 Jun to get someone out, only to get a text at 10am from again an AI virtual assistant saying that "due to unforseen circumstances they cannot have a technician available to come perform the service." Sears used to have such a great reputation for taking care of its customers. It's shameful that they have fallen so low that I can't even speak to a live service rep on the phone. Do not use them for any home services until they bring back actual live service representatives for their customer service.

Repairman refused to service my refrigerator. He did not charge me for the service call. I won't use SEARS appliance repair ever again.

Called them based off googling who could fix Speed Queen washer and dryers. They came out the next day. Guy was here for two hours. Said he had to order a part that he could not get. But if we ordered the part he could come back and install it for us. We paid him his fee. So I called another company. They were able to come out the same day. Guy spent 10 minutes and found the wire that wasn’t plugged in. No part needed. So needless to say I have to pay two people for technician fees when the first guy could have found the issue right away. Not happy at all. And on top of it all I do not have a receipt for anything that was done!

I was charged 1000$ for a diagnostic to be told it couldn't be fixed. I've been calling for 3 months now... still no service. This place is a SCAM.

They are a ripoff. Their technician was not interested in doing his job and fixing the appliances. I paid a total of $275.00 for the Diagnostics check.is what I paid. The dryer not the washer were fixed.check and didn’t They use the verbiage of you declining when you call back to place a complaint. The technician never asked if I was declining. Just wants the diagnostic payment. The technician never give you the cost of labor or the cost of parts.

Terrible customer service. Can't even talk to a person only bots. Had an appointment scheduled and got an email and text saying they could come sooner. I replied I'd like that. Then I get a text later in the day saying I miss the technician. With a picture of my front door. I was in the back working and the dogs were in the house, no doorbell was rung, and no call was made to me. I even had another worker at my house with their work truck in my front yard. Didn't seem like the tech actually wanted to work. Now when I go reschedule the link doesn't take me to an option to reschedule only to talk to a bot. Very frustrating and I'm tempted to call my credit card company to cancel the charge. Meanwhile I'm still out of a washer and dryer
