The technician did not show up on the day of the appointment and did not try to call or contact me to let me know. When I finally got through the automated service to get an actual human on the line, the customer service rep acted annoyed and offered a time a week later for rescheduling. I asked for a contact number so I could at least call and confirm the appointment, she acted annoyed that I requested the information.
