Jim is absolutely amazing! I have had the same problem from the time I purchased my refrigerator in 2019! Multiple technicians have attempted to correct the problem. Jim was the only one to notice a missing tube inside the refrigerator door. if you could request a specific technician, I would only request Jim in the future! He’s quick, thorough, skilled and personable! Jim deserves more than five stars!
