Mark is a prized employee. He checked our front load washing machine and dish washer. He was patient and very knowledgeable about both appliances, sharing many helpful hints. I plan to request him next year and I WILL renew my maintenance contract with Sears and request him. THANK YOU MARK W. And it was not a REPAIR VISIT BUT A CHECK AND MAINTENANCE VISIT. BAD SURVEY, WE PAID $0.00
