SCAM! 20+ days without an oven is what I get for being a loyal customer. I have been a paying Cinch Home Warranty customer for approximately six years. On June 4, 2026, I opened a service claim for a broken oven in my home. As of June 23, 2026, more than 19 days have passed, and my oven remains unusable. Next appointment is sheduled for July 8th going on over a month of waiting. This delay has created a significant hardship for my family. I have five children, and the oven is an essential household appliance used to prepare daily meals. Going nearly three weeks without a functioning oven has caused substantial inconvenience and additional expense. Since opening the claim, Cinch has repeatedly scheduled technician visits without resolving the issue. After each visit or assessment, instead of authorizing a replacement or providing a definitive repair timeline, Cinch has continued to schedule yet another technician appointment, often more than a week later. This cycle has resulted in unnecessary delays while leaving my family without a working oven. I have attempted multiple times to escalate this matter. I requested to speak with a supervisor, but I have been unable to reach anyone with the authority to resolve the issue. My calls are repeatedly transferred, and I am given no meaningful assistance or escalation path.
