If you contact Sears home services repair and you see this name, Mark W as your technician run! He was here today to replace my drain hose on my dishwasher. He was having an awful lot of trouble getting it on the dishwasher and I was beginning to wonder if this man was experienced. Well, it didn’t take me long to answer that question. After he got it on finally, he pushed the dishwasher in and it didn’t go all the way back. He said I can’t get it any further so I said why not? He said it won’t go any further because the dishwasher hose is larger than the other one. Does that make sense? Sears ordered this part to be delivered to me and it was the exact same size! Again incompetent and an excuse. I told him why don’t you lower the legs have more room and he said no it’s actually the width , it doesn’t get any worse than this but it does! When he attempted to put the screws into the sides of the dishwasher, he didn’t put the screws all the way flush with the cabinet so the plugs would not go in easily. I told him the posts on the plugs were hitting the head of the screws so what does he do, cuts the posts on the plug and tries to hit it with pliers to get it in! Can’t make this up. Ready for grand finale of his gross incompetence???!! He turns on dishwasher, says it’s working, doesn’t even stay 2 minutes to check to see if there are any leaks and rushes out the door. So after 20 minutes, I decided to go in the basement to check to see if it was leaking and I screamed not only was it leaking, but water was coming through my ceiling tile onto my wall to wall carpeting in the basement. Total incompetent technician I called Sears. I spent two hours trying to rectify this problem and got nowhere. Beware beware of Sears repair services and technician Mark. He is a nightmare and incompetent.

This is the second time I am writing a review and it is to again report the horrible service this company provides. The service man John is the only person who seems to know what he is doing and he is the only person who shows up to the appointments. The last time I wrote a review, the company responded that they wanted me to email them more details so they could help. I did so, and of course there was not response. I was then stood up 2 more times for appointments, and on this third time the correct parts had not been ordered. In total it took 6 in person appointments and 5 times being stood up, this issue has been going on since before thanksgiving and is unacceptable. I will not be renewing my warranty, will be getting products and services elsewhere, and will be encouraging anyone I speak with to do the same.
