Nick was fantastic. This guy knew what he was doing. He went over everything with me. Now, after 5 months of dealing with Fixity in Brooklyn, which was a waste of time, who is one of your outsourcing companies, Nick finally fixed my dryer and it is finally working. It is absolutely pathetic that I had to wait 5 months to get my dryer fixed when I have been paying for this Sears Warranty Service for a couple years.
