Hector and his partner showed care in how they delivered my freezer. They were careful not to hang it into anything so as not to damage the freezer or my property. They were pleasant to talk to and answered any questions I had.

Desmond was very knowledgeable about my dryer. He was very friendly. He worked in a very clean manner. I highly recommend Desmond He even picked up the pots since they were available and Saddlebrook so I did not have to wait for them to be delivered to my house. He is a very nice person. You should give him a raise.

Good repair. Just would suggest adding some live people to call in center while tech were still in the field on Saturday. It was not possible to track or talk to anybody. AI might save you money but when it can not answer your customers questions it's just bad customer service. I hope somebody calls me from your office. GZ

Bryan came into our home with all the knowledge, skill and experience to completely resolve the issue we had with our Samsung double wall oven. We were dead in the water, unable to use either oven. Bryan immediately identified the problem and worked flawlessly to return the unit to full functionality. During his visit, he was courteous, meticulous and informative. He represented his company his company as the competent expert he is.
