MANAGEMENT
He is very professional and knows his job. Cares about the customer. Its too bad that the people running the service department don't have the same professionalism that he has. A service window of 8am to 5 pm is the worst customer service i have ever witnessed. Work, kids, errands or emergencies are all on hold for 10 hours because you guys don't care to at least split the day in 2 halfs.

Professional!
Polite, professional, and honest! We received confirmation of our appointment the day prior, and Ismer called before arriving to say he was 30 minutes away. Exactly 30 minutes later, he arrived. Within just a few minutes,he identified and explained, in detail, exactly what was wrong with the refrigerator. Ismer also had a technician in training with him, but that did not distract or slow him down. Yet, he patiently went through the process and assessment with the trainee. I highly recommend!

David asked questions about equipment, use, and problem. Diagnosed and repaired equipment. Explained what he was doing step by step and provided useful information on use, storage, and maintenance of unit.

Excellent repairman
Desmond appears to be an excellent repairman. He replaced the old transmission for a new one, and the washer machine appears to be functioning properly. My experience with Sears repairmen is that they know what they are doing. Third party vendors don't have the commitment that Sears repairmen have.
