Third visit
Problem not solved third visit and parts still missing or not delivered

I had a service man come and check my refrigerator and found a problem. The part was ordered and I prepaid $835 to fetch the job done. So, the part comes and Ismer comes with the same repair man and Ismer wasn't here 10 minutes and saw the original diagnosis was incorrect. After some lively discussion, I had a refund less the fee for the original visit. All 'n All it worked out okay. Both men were professional and courteous.

Wayne arrived as expected and appropriately went to work. He is a pleasant and courteous young man. He replaced the part as had been ordered following a visit last week by another service person. HE turned the water on, but the filtered water did not flow. Wayne found that the old part was apparently not defective. The defect had been incorrectly diagnosed. Wayne ordered another part and scheduled an appointment to, we hope, finish the job next week.

He repaired it very quickly. The only problem was is that seers was very slapdash in letting me know when he was going to come and actually scheduling the meeting except the very general way, but that I don't think it's his fault.

Refrigerator is part of our life so priority of service should be quick. I waited 2 weeks before it was fixed. Since I said refrigerator died they should have bring the parts on very first visit.
