Polite, professional, and honest! We received confirmation of our appointment the day prior, and Ismer called before arriving to say he was 30 minutes away. Exactly 30 minutes later, he arrived. Within just a few minutes,he identified and explained, in detail, exactly what was wrong with the refrigerator. Ismer also had a technician in training with him, but that did not distract or slow him down. Yet, he patiently went through the process and assessment with the trainee. I highly recommend!

Desmond appears to be an excellent repairman. He replaced the old transmission for a new one, and the washer machine appears to be functioning properly. My experience with Sears repairmen is that they know what they are doing. Third party vendors don't have the commitment that Sears repairmen have.
