Was able to quickly diagnose the problem, and effect the repair. He even had the correct parts on his truck and was able to complete the repair on the spot, without having to make a return visit due to having to order parts. As the repair was quite pricey (over $400.00) his being able to complete the job right then and there was the only reason we completed the service instead of just paying the diagnostic fee, and just replacing the washing machine. My only complaint and it's a minor one was that the service window was from 0830 to 1745, that is an entire day waiting.
