Very Competent
Ismer knew the problem with my dehumidifier immediately. Obviously, he has had a lot of experience with these units. The the visit took less than a half hour. Unfortunately, the unit was too corroded to be repaired.

David arrived shortly after the estimated time. He was prepared with equipment to unfreeze the water line and accomplished the chore successfully in less time than we expected. after three trips, the icemaker, crusher, and filtered water system on this 17 (or more) year-old refrigerator is back in service.
