Tried everything to fix the problem. Took the whole unit apart to make sure that the previous tech installed all 8 parts correctly. Looked at the back of the fridge too. but in the end Samsung has made a defective refrigerator that is not able to be repaired. Very polite and helpful. Arrived in the expected time window
