Ismer tried to fix the fridge. Took the back off and took the back panel in the fridge out. It was jammed with ice. All of these parts were replaced less than a month ago. He tried his best but this is a defective fridge and you need to stand by the agreement and replace it. It's icing up and losing temp. I'm tired of Sears not admitting this and sending repair people to fix it. It's NOT fixable!
