Great service by Jim to equip us with a new gas igniter. He was prompt, respectful, and kind. You can tell he's a pro's pro, diagnosing and fixing the problem in no time. The amount for the part? Oooofa, that was rough, but that's not the tech's fault. Nice work 👏
