2nd oven repair attempt

John came for the 2nd time and was very pleasant and as helpful as he could be considering the initial parts had been sitting at my house for 3 weeks (no fault of his of course). He and a partner replaced one circuit board but it unfortunately did not solve the problem because the main part has been back- ordered for over a month. John was great but not happy with the overall Sears experience.

Very knowledgeable and professional!

John was very thorough and detail oriented with his inspection of our dishwasher. He noticed a strange sound with the rotating blade at the bottom of our washer. He found stickers stuck to the screen at the bottom which caused the sound. He removed the stickers and replaced the aging blade.

Competent, on time, professional.

Felix arrived on time and did a speedy assessment of the problem with our Sears Kenmore washer. He advised us that the part needed to fix our washer was no longer available. It was easy to book and manage the appointment online and we felt we had a competent service professional. Shame that thw washer couldn't be repaired.
