The service was quick and easy. I previously had another company come for the repair an the issue was never resolved. I reached out SA after the machine was no longer working and the technician was able to figure out the issue rather quickly. Ordered the part same day and came back 2 days later to install The service was efficient and straightforward. Previously, I had a different company perform the repair, but the issue was not resolved. I contacted SA after the machine ceased to function, and the technician was able to identify the issue swiftly. I ordered the part the same day and it was delivered a day later. The technician returned to do an install which took less than an hour. Great service and good people. Happy to be up and running again.

The repair was to my LG upper oven. You do not have that option listed here. But the big problem was that I waited all day yesterday for a service man to come after having received confirmation that my appointment yesterday was on and though I got repeated confirmations that my appointment was yesterday. No one called. No technician contacted me. Which is why I had to reschedule for today that is not OK. I had to reschedule three appointments that I had for yesterday in order to be available for the repair man to come. The website that you tell people to contact has no live human being; only an AI “chat”. And that AI told me that they could not give me any updates. Though my repair man was excellent today, given the decal of yesterday. I’m not sure I will use serious again. I cannot spend days waiting for no one to show up

Juan was absolutely wonderful! He called with his arrival time, was kind and professional, found out the issue with our furnace quickly and replaced the bad part in a very timely manner! We explained the issue and he listened to our input. He found the part we needed for our 35 year old furnace and was back with the part quickly and made the repair. Above all he was very personable and kind! We would be glad to have him back in our home!
