Jim was a great technician and provided excellent service. My only recommendation is that it would be helpful to have some idea in advance from Sears about the upfront cost of anticipated labor fees, as a way to keep consumers more informed about what to expect.

The technician that repaired my lawn tractor was outstanding, on time, and polite, however sears prices to repair a belt and pulley are obnoxious.
