While our tech (Steve) didn’t arrive during the projected window ( due to unexpected repair issues at another customer) he kept us informed…as did the automated system…so we didn’t need to wait around needlessly. When he arrived, he got to work immediately, diagnosed the issue and repaired our dishwasher all within 30 minutes. He was pleasant and professional at all times.
