Felix B. Arrived at 1:30 pm. The window i was given was 1:20 pm to 2:50 pm. So he was on time. I met him at the door and I said Hello, he said hi and followed me to laundry room. I told him the issues we had, washer was rinsing and spinning VERY LOUDLY. I went into laundry room to check , the washer was NEVER THIS LOUD BEFORE. Then about 5 mins later my wife went to check laundry and Smelled Electrical burning. My Son and his Girlfriend smelled it as well. We unpluged machine right away. So he tested it, then removed pump and drained water. Put back together , went out to his van for something. 10 minutes latter he came back in looking at his phone tested it and said "pump was loud but nothing was wrong" I found him VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE,NOT POLITE AT ALL. HE NEVER INTRODUCED HIMSELF TO ME, I had to ask him if Felix was his name when he came in from his van. Never texted me or contacted me to let me know his ETA. Said he wasn't going to wait 2 hours to run a load of laundry. This machine does wash fast, under a hour. So I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS Gentleman to do your service.

Terrible service. Technicians have no notes when they arrive and dont understand the issue. I’ve had tge samebproblem and its been months now and several calls and still not resolved. Sears is not the same service that they were famous for, went down. No communication.

My refrigerator repair work was done by Sears Home Repair service. The appliance broke down within the warranty period of 30 days. The technician after reviewing that the refrigerator wasn't even turning ON, asked to file a refund claim as the re-repair may not fix it. The refund claim for my paid service order was declined by Sears after 4 weeks without any explanation. Along with the hardship of living with no fridge for several days, I had to buy a new fridge and haul away the old one as Sears failed to stand up to its work and the repair warranty! - Followed up multiple times with customer service and the billing contact. No luck so far..

My refrigerator broke Memorial Day weekend. 7 parts / 6 visits, many cancelation, still not working I have the sear service appliances plan. Very disappointed and I cannnot get to a manager to complain.

Worst company that exists You take peoples money before you even do the job I have been over three weeks without a refrigerator parts got delivered technician cancel on me 4 times I do not recommend sears horrible business

Awful service. I have filed a complaint with BBB regarding their unprofessional manner and inability to fix the product. I've paid for appliance warranty in good faith and they haven't provided their service as promised. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
