Felix was great! He figured out the real problem that the first tech (John) totally missed. John said the drain pump was shot without ever taking it apart and ordered us a new one. Felix took the extra time today and discovered that a penny was lodged inside the pump. Once he took the penny out, the pump was fine. Now we have an "extra" pump to the tune of $240. Had John diagnosed the problem correctly, we wouldn't have been without a washing machine for a week and a half.
