Both technicians that came in the first visit and the follow-up visit were courteous and did a good job. Only caveat is that they do not respect the scheduled window. The first one was supposed to arrive from 8-12 and arrive at 3pm. The second one, same morning window, and he arrived at 1pm.

Wayne was a great tech, but unfortunately the ice maker is still not producing ice. We have a mother call into sears refrigerator repair.

service was very good on my washing machine, there was a leak right after my technian left but he returned right away and made repair.
