I used this service for years and was very happy with them. Now, it is terrible. They want me to pay more than double what my contract was last year. Every time I call, they aggressively try to sell me more services. I haven't spoken with anyone on the phone yet that speaks good English and is easy to understand. The last tech that showed up barely spoke English, I had to speak into his phone to translate. It wasn't fixed. I called to schedule the repair again - had someone sit at my house all afternoon and they never showed up or called after confirming. Don't spend your money on this service! Well, I did as the responder suggested and more wasted time and aggravation. Suddenly, water leaking out of the door of the washer isn't covered under my contract anymore. Really DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SERVICE@
