Bob of the Sears repair team was excellent! Not only did he fix and troubleshoot the problem. But he also taught me about the correct settings for my refrigerator. He also checked the back of the refrigerator just to make sure everything was functioning properly. I give him a 10 star rating. Excellent customer service and a very friendly nice guy
